Job Details

We are looking for a dedicated cook to prepare high-quality meals. The cook’s responsibilities include following instructions relating to the timely preparation of food orders. You should also be able to ensure that the refrigerators and storerooms are kept clean and tidy.

Gender: Male or Female

Age Range: 22 years – 35 years

Accommodation: Available

Salary: GHC 800 – GHC 1,200

* Must have the ability to cook local & continental dishes.

Cook Responsibilities:

• Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items.
• Preparing high-quality meals and food items.
• Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed.
• Ensuring that cooking utensils are clean before each use.
• Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas.
• Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed.
• Storing all food properly

Cook Requirements and Qualifications

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
• Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
• Proven experience working as a Cook.
• The ability to work in a team.
